Tammy Lee Clause is now offering the collaborative law process to settle family law issues, family business disputes, and estate disputes.
When an issue arises in divorce, separation, custody, small family business disputes, and in the estate process, parties may now be settled amicably under a new state law referred to as the Pennsylvania Collaborative Law Act on June 28, 2018, which standardizes the common practice of collaborative law where parties can work together with appropriate representation to prepare a legally binding agreement.
In collaborative law, each party retains a trained attorney. Then, jointly, they can hire financial planners, accountants, and experts who will provide expertise during the process. Proceedings are kept out of court, and because of the collaborative nature, sometimes the legal fees are lower.
However, the significant benefit is that the parties are in charge of their outcome. Please call
Tammy Lee Clause if you think that this may fit your situation.
